All event ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated. Refund eligibility varies based on the event type, venue, and ticketing platform.
General Ticket Sales
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Tickets may be transferred if approved before the event date.
- No refunds for:
- No-shows
- Schedule conflicts
- Changing your mind
- Late arrival or denied entry due to dress code or conduct
Event Cancellations
If an event is canceled by Vibe Nation Live, guests may receive:
- Replacement tickets
or - Equal-value credit for a future event
Cash refunds occur only if required by law or platform rules.
Third-Party Bookings (Eventbrite, Venues)
Refund policies from the external ticket platform apply.
